Led industrial design development of module touch displays for dedicated chemistry and immunoassay instruments mounted on Atellica Solution track system. Implemented customer/user research, usability studies, anthropometric and human factors testing, and prototyping with key stakeholders to ensure final product meets and exceeds requirements.
