PROTOTYPING, TESTING, REFINING...
An iterative design approach incorporated physical prototyping, testing, refining to communicate not just the design intent but also ergonomics, human factors, and overall workflow. This allowed design, engineering, and service teams to problem solve on the fly and give input into the final design of subsequent covers both for functionality, access, and aesthetic purposes. As the design matured the team was able to assist in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and usability of the design.
